AdneticAI generates realistic synthetic media. That power comes with strict rules. Violating this policy may result in content removal, feature restriction or account termination.

You must not use AdneticAI to create or distribute:

• Likenesses or voices of real people without their documented consent, including celebrities and public figures.
• Fabricated testimonials, reviews, endorsements or "results" presented as genuine.
• Deceptive medical, health, or pharmaceutical claims, or unproven treatment promises.
• Deceptive financial, earnings or investment claims, including guaranteed-return promises.
• Content that impersonates another person, brand or organization.
• Political impersonation or deceptive political persuasion content.
• Sexually explicit content, or any content sexualizing or endangering minors (zero tolerance; reported to authorities where required).
• Promotion of illegal products or services in the target market.
• False scarcity, fake urgency, or dark-pattern advertising.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property.

You must:

• Complete the consent and likeness-rights attestation flow before creating custom actors or voice clones.
• Include affiliate disclosures where applicable.
• Label synthetic media according to the policies of each advertising platform.
• Keep claims consistent with what your product pages and approved claims actually support.

Enforcement

Automated compliance review flags risky content before generation, and moderation events are logged. We investigate reports sent to abuse@adneticai.com.
