Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the AdneticAI platform at adneticai.com. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The service

AdneticAI provides AI-assisted research, scripting, casting, video generation, editing, localization and creative analytics for advertising content. Generation depends on third-party model providers; specific models and capabilities may vary by workspace and region.

2. Accounts & organizations

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity in your organization. Seats, workspaces and features are determined by your subscription plan.

3. Credits & billing

• Generations consume credits. An estimate is shown before every expensive generation and credits are reserved when a job starts.
• If a generation fails, reserved credits are released back to your balance.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled and are billed through PayPal. See our Refund Policy.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload and, to the extent permitted by the underlying model providers' terms, the outputs generated in your workspace. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process and deliver that content. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload — including product imagery, testimonials, and any person's likeness or voice.

5. Prohibited use

Use of the platform is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits among other things non-consensual likeness use, deceptive claims, and unlawful advertising. We may suspend accounts that violate it.

6. Synthetic media disclosure

Content generated with AI actors is synthetic media. You are responsible for labeling ads according to the policies of the platforms where you run them, and for complying with advertising law in your markets.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee ad performance or uninterrupted provider availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach. Sections that by their nature survive termination (content responsibility, liability limits) survive.

9. Changes

We may update these terms with reasonable notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Contact legal@adneticai.com with questions.
