This Privacy Policy explains how AdneticAI ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use adneticai.com and the AdneticAI platform.

1. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, password hash, profile image, language preference.
• Workspace content — brands, products, scripts, uploaded media, generated creatives and campaign metadata you store in the platform.
• Consent records — attestations required for custom actors and voice clones, including timestamps and technical audit metadata.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, device and browser information, IP address.
• Billing data — subscription status and purchase history. Payment details are processed by PayPal; we never store your card or bank details.

2. How we use data

• To provide, secure and improve the platform.
• To process AI generation requests through vetted third-party model providers, sending only the content required for the requested generation.
• To send transactional emails (generation results, approvals, billing) and, with consent, product updates.
• To meet legal obligations, prevent fraud and enforce our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use your brand assets, products or creatives to train foundation models.
• We do not permit non-consensual likeness or voice cloning; consent records are retained as required by law.

4. Data sharing

We share data with sub-processors that are contractually required to protect it: cloud hosting, object storage, AI model providers used for your generations, PayPal for payments, and email delivery. A current sub-processor list is available on request via privacy@adneticai.com.

5. Retention & deletion

Workspace content is retained while your account is active. You may delete creatives, brands or your entire account at any time; backups are purged within 35 days. Consent and audit records may be retained longer where legally required.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may request access, correction, portability, restriction or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@adneticai.com.

7. Security

We apply tenant isolation, encryption in transit, encrypted secrets at rest, scoped API keys, signed media URLs and audit logging. No method of transmission is 100% secure; report concerns to security@adneticai.com.
