Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid subscription and have used fewer than 10% of the included credits, we will refund that first payment in full on request.

2. Credit packs

Unused purchased credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Credits already consumed by generations are not refundable, because third-party compute costs are incurred at generation time.

3. Failed generations

You are never charged for failed generations: credits reserved for a job that fails are automatically released back to your balance. If you believe credits were captured incorrectly, contact support within 30 days and we will audit the generation ledger.

4. How to request a refund

Email billing@adneticai.com from your account email with the purchase reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal payment method within 5–10 business days.
